Managed Voice Solutions (MVS) encompasses a variety of commercial options and technology applications designed to offer customised enterprise voice solutions coupled with a selection of termination mediums, eradicating the stress of dealing with multiple networks in order to ensure minimised telecoms expenditure.
Telco Toolbox
Telco Toolbox is a web-based analytical tool that presents a complete picture of an organisation’s telecommunications infrastructure – from internal extensions to external vendor services. Some of the biggest challenges facing ICT managers in current market conditions are managing multiple vendors, billing methodologies and technologies – while simultaneously controlling and reducing costs. X-Change Manager
X-Change Manager is a PBX managed service designed to meet small, medium and large corporate PBX infrastructure requirements. The uniqueness of this offering lies in the fact that the customer is not required to purchase a hardware solution that will become redundant over time, but rather the solution is configured in accordance with key criteria such as number of extensions and users, service level agreement needs, required user functionality per extension and costs associated with service delivery.
Data Solutions
As a subsidiary of the Vox Telecom Group, Vox Orion is able to facilitate the provision of a comprehensive data offering. This basket of products includes a variety of last mile access medium technology options, Internet access, web site and server hosting, virtual private networks and all associated services.
Eyeris
Eyeris is a high-definition video conferencing solution offering an enhanced experience, providing for a natural and productive meeting environment. It offers the flexibility of managed services, outright purchase options and user friendly technology. This is coupled with the optional benefit of the Vox hosted Eyeris bridge (which traditionally makes up a large portion of the overall cost of a VC solution). Furthermore, the availability of lower cost bandwidth makes High Definition video conferencing commercially viable, thus providing a real alternative to business travel.
